Alhamdulillah, our Panama Origin Trip 2026 continues to one of the most prestigious and extraordinary destinations in the world of coffee, @fincasophia .Located high in the mountains of Volcán, Finca Sophia sits at elevations reaching above 2,000 meters, making it one of the highest coffee farms in Central America. Built not simply as a farm but as an experiment, it was founded in 2008 with a vision to push the boundaries of what coffee can become when grown at the edge of possibility. Planted almost entirely with the rare and celebrated Geisha variety, the combination of extreme altitude, slow cherry maturation and careful cultivation results in coffees of remarkable clarity, structure and depth.
