Being found shouldn't cost you anything So it doesn't! You get a page of your own. Your name, your story, your photo. You list what you actually sell, as many things as you like. Then you show up on the map, on a pin you place yourself. Your exact address stays private unless you choose to share it. Free to be listed, free to be found. No commission. No card. We're not a middleman. We're new, and adding producers every week. Whether you run a small farm, a farm stand, a homestead, a garden or a home bakery, come stand on the map! #knowyourfarmer #farmstand #smallfarm #localmakers #marketgarden by @findfoodmap

Five promises, in writing. I built Find Food to be the kind of thing I'd want to be listed on myself. So here's what you get, and what you'll never get. Listing your food is free. Not free-for-now, not free-until-we-change-our-minds. Free, for as long as Find Food exists. We take no commission on anything you sell. Ever. We're not a middleman, and we're not standing between you and the person buying your eggs. Your exact address stays private unless you decide to share it. You choose what's public. And nobody appears on the map who didn't put themselves there. Every farm, baker and maker on Find Food added themselves. We never list anyone without asking. No countdowns. No "limited spots." No follow-up emails asking why you haven't signed up yet. Come aboard when it's right for you, or don't. The map will still be here. Swipe through for all five. If you grow it, bake it, raise it or make it, you're who this is for. - Benny, founder of Find Food #smallfarm #marketgarden #farmstand #homestead #knowyourfarmer by @findfoodmap

They are a mixed farm that have been certified organic since 1998! They offer a variety of wheat berries, legumes & speciality seeds. Tuesday Shoutout: @weverlandacres @weverlandacres is a small scale regenerative farm outside of Goderich, ON. They began with the desire to grow their own vegetables and raise ducks & chickens as pets. Slowly this grew into wanting to provide healthy, nutrient-dense animals that also improved the ecosystem. They try to utilized their animals to do the best to improve soil quality and overall biodiversity in the area. They raise rabbits, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, eggs, and pork for meat.
