Welcome to Finding Her Wings. ❤️🔥

This space was created for anyone who has experienced abuse, trauma, manipulation, or the painful process of rebuilding themselves after being broken down.

Whether you are a woman or a man, whether your wounds are fresh or decades old, you are welcome here.

I am not a therapist. I am simply someone walking my own healing journey and choosing to share it authentically—the victories, the setbacks, the panic attacks, the sleepless nights, the therapy sessions, the moments of hope, and everything in between.

For a long time, I believed I was alone in what I was feeling. Healing taught me something different: there are so many of us quietly carrying stories we rarely speak out loud.

My hope is that by sharing my story, you will feel safe enough to share yours.

This is a place to be seen.

A place to be heard.

A place to remember that what happened to you does not define you.

If you need someone to listen, I am here.

If you need someone to remind you that healing is possible, I am here.

If you need someone to walk beside you while you find your own wings, I am here.

Together, we can learn that surviving was never the end of our story.

When the song hits and “I See Red” starts playing… it’s not just a vibe.

It’s the moment I stopped taking the pain and started becoming the fire.

Quiet Bruises.

The ones no one could see. The ones I hid behind smiles and “I’m fine.”

The ones I carried for years thinking love was supposed to hurt like that.

But I finally listened to the silence… and I left.

For my kids. For myself. For every woman still hiding her quiet bruises.

The pain didn’t get the final word. The fire inside me did.

When the storm comes… you either get blown away or you become the storm.

“Blown Away” hits different when you’ve lived it.

The fear. The silence. The nights wondering if this was going to be the end.

But I didn’t let it break me.

I walked out of that house. I protected my baby. I turned the pain into power.

Now the only thing getting blown away is the old version of me who stayed small.

This phoenix rose through the storm. 🔥
