Cittadella 💛💛💛💛 by @finding_gozo

If living teaches you anything, it is about living and noticing. I am very lucky to be able to travel.

See the sky, leaves on the ground, sunrise and sunset, cracks in the pavement, flowers where they choose to live and grow, animals with their natural traits, the sea at her calmest and her angriest.

This is a beautiful world. But it only can stay that way if we respect it and one another - including the sea, coastline, the on shore environment, the wildlife that surrounds us and all our animals.

From Desiderata: ”With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.”

It is there for caretaking and appreciation. We can all play a little part to make the bigger picture.

Gentle ripples reflect the warm sunset hues, boats rest quietly in the marina, and the iconic church on the hill glows against a beautiful peach-pink sky.

If you could spend an evening anywhere in Gozo, would you choose a sunset by the harbour or a quiet walk through the village streets?

An amethyst sky, gold dust on the sea; a perfectly frothed end to a day filled with salty breeze.

Too windy to go to sea but a perfect day to spend pottering in the harbour under beautiful blue skies…
