Don’t give up! 🙏💪🏼💖

Today on my run 🏃🏻‍♀️ I sat with so many thoughts to where I have been and where I want to be. I listened to motivational workout on Spotify and found I am where I want to be which alive!! ✨ I know there is so many things that make us worried, sad and angry but on the flip side we have laughter, love and joy. Which will you give more focus to? 👀

Being on this journey for many years I have figured out multiple ways to help people pick themselves up and try again. Each time you do it with the experience that will awaken you see the bigger picture.

Looking to help you be you! 💖

Send me a DM if you want to work with someone that is knowledgeable in strength training, nutrition but also uses her intuition from her spirit guides to assist you on your individual journey!

These two photos are the same “me”but one was broken😞 and the other knows her worth! 💪🏼 The girl in the black was brought up in generational trauma and abuse. At the time I was unhappily married and thought I was destined to live unhappy forever. I only knew survival tools to people please and always put others before me. I thought that was the only way to get love. Then one day I learned to choose myself and my happiness.

I was scared and didn’t know what the future held but I took one step at a time to heal. This did not happen OVERNIGHT! I started looking within to see where it all started and for me it was from birth. My foundation was broken and I had to heal my inner child and make her feel safe. This lead to many modalities of healing ❤️‍🩹 which then started the weight loss journey. I learned to let go and forgive.

The picture of the girl in the green was last month at a retreat @poshpr held by @thecarolinedoll. This was me investing in myself and I love being open to learning from others. Looking in the mirror now I have a genuine smile and have confidence. I love 💗 learning and turn keying to all of my clients.

The past few years I have been working with clients to heal them through spiritual healing or physically healing through training.

I am happy to finally announce to you all that I will now be offering 6 week 1:1 coaching program where we will dive into your mind, body and soul.

After years of battling one health challenge after another, including two pulmonary embolisms, sepsis, thyroid imbalances, heart conditions, lupus, and psoriatic arthritis, I knew I had to make a change and fight to get my life back.

You only get one life, and sometimes you have to make the choice to fight for it. That doesn’t mean every day is easy. There are still days when the pain and fatigue make just getting out of bed an accomplishment. Days when my body certainly reminds me the journey isn’t over. But, I refuse to give up on myself or the life I want to live.

And it certainly helps when you have someone in your corner who believes in you, especially on the days you struggle to believe in yourself.

The universe has a funny way of bringing Michelle Rey (finding_your_o2) into my life exactly when I need her most, and this chapter of healing has been no different. After 30+ years of friendship, I’m still so grateful for her positive energy, guiding words, endless encouragement, and passion for life and others. She meets me exactly where I am, on the good days and the really hard ones, never making me feel like I have to be anything other than where I am in that moment and reminds me that I am capable of more than I sometimes believe.

I know this is my journey. My healing. My fight. And ultimately, I’m the one who has to keep choosing to show up for myself. But I’m incredibly grateful to have someone like Michelle in my corner, cheering me on every step of the way.

This video might not look like much to some, but from where I started to where I am today is night and day and watching this video and what I can accomplish after years of setbacks, fills me with so much gratitude.

And to anyone else fighting battles that aren’t always visible…I see you. Give yourself grace, celebrate the little victories, keep showing up for yourself, and never stop fighting for the life you deserve. by @finding_your_o2

Happy first day of sophomore year, Violet! 💜📚✨

Yes… getting Violet to smile for a picture is a TASK 😂 but I got one! 😄📸

Wishing you a year filled with learning, growth, happiness, and LOTS of laughter. May this year bring you new memories, new adventures, and so many reasons to smile.

Keep shining, keep growing, and most importantly, keep being YOU! 💕✨

Happy sophomore year, my girl! I love you! 🥰💖 by @finding_your_o2

🎓FIRST DAY OF SENIOR YEAR. 🎓

We didn’t get our traditional first day pictures this morning. Senior Sunrise had us leaving the house at 5 AM just to get into the city on time. And somehow, that felt like the perfect beginning to this year… because this year is going to fly by. 🥹

My baby is a SENIOR. 🥺

I am beyond proud and so incredibly happy for you, Willow Bella, but there’s a part of me that wants to press pause. Because how did we get here so fast? It feels like yesterday I was holding your little hand, getting you ready for your first day of school… and now I’m watching you get ready for your last. 😭❤️
This year I’ll be watching you have so many last times in HS.

Because next year, you won’t be coming home from school to me.

You’ll be starting your freshman year at the college of your choice, beginning a life of your own. 🤯🥹

And while that thought absolutely blows my mind, it also fills my heart with so much pride. Because my job was never to keep you in the nest forever. It was to love you, guide you, protect you, and give you the wings to eventually fly.

So this year, I’m going to soak it all in. The big moments. The little moments. The laughs. The chaos. The hugs. Even the things I know I’ll miss when they’re gone.

I may not be ready for all of this, but I am ready to watch you become everything you’re meant to be.

Here’s to your senior year, Willow Bella. 🎓✨
May this year be everything you dreamed it would be and the beginning of an incredible journey.

I am so proud of you. 🥰

Now go enjoy your senior!!!
Your next chapter is waiting. 🥹🦋🎓 by @finding_your_o2

Making my girl a little senior basket, knowing this is the beginning of the chapter where I have to slowly let her go… I blinked, and somehow my little girl is grown, ready to spread her wings and leave the nest. 🥹🎓🦋💖 by @finding_your_o2

✨🌙 1st OF THE MONTH ABUNDANCE RITUAL ✨

Start the new month by clearing away old energy and making space for everything you want to welcome in! ✨🙏

Follow these 5 simple steps:

1. Cleanse your door with Florida Water counterclockwise to clear old energy.

2.Use cinnamon clockwise while focusing on the abundance you want this month to bring.

3.Release the old using salt (I use black salt) to let go of unwanted energy from the previous month.

4.Blow in abundance with cinnamon and call in what you want to come, live, and stay! ✨

5.Charge your abundance coin 🪙 with cinnamon and your intentions. Leave it for a day, then carry it in your wallet!

✨ Clear. Release. Receive. ✨

What abundance are you calling in this month? 💫👇

One year ago, on July 16th, my life changed in an instant.

A fire took away the home I knew, but it also began a journey I never could have imagined.

What followed wasn’t just rebuilding walls. It was rebuilding me.

There were moments I never expected... finding a temporary home, my car being broken into, a pipe bursting in my bathroom just as I thought I was reaching the finish line, endless decisions about electrical work, flooring, paint colors, tile, appliances, and learning to trust the people helping rebuild my home.

There were so many tears. So many moments of fear, uncertainty, frustration, and exhaustion.
But through every setback, I kept coming back to one truth:

I was never alone.
This experience taught me how to ask for help, something that has never come easily to me. It showed me what it truly means to have a village. Every person who checked in, lent a hand, prayed for me, encouraged me, or simply listened reminded me that we are not meant to carry life’s hardest moments by ourselves.

More than anything, I learned to lean into faith instead of fear.

Some people may find it hard to understand when I say this, but I am genuinely grateful for this experience. Not because I would ever choose it, but because it revealed a strength and confidence within me that I didn’t know existed. It taught me resilience, patience, surrender, and trust.

Today, I don’t just celebrate a rebuilt home.
I celebrate a rebuilt heart.
To everyone who stood beside me through one of the hardest chapters of my adult life and who continue to be by my side thank you. You have no idea how much your love has meant to me.

If you’re walking through something that feels impossible right now, I hope this reminds you that healing isn’t linear, rebuilding takes time, and it’s okay to ask for help.

Because in the end, home isn’t just four walls.
Home is where your heart feels safe.

Thank you for reading my story. ❤️ by @finding_your_o2

🌿 Hike Update 🌿

After keeping a close eye on the forecast and current air quality, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel this weekend’s hike.

Your health and safety are always our top priority, and we’d rather be proactive than risk anyone spending hours outdoors in less-than-ideal conditions.

While we’re disappointed we won’t be connecting on the trails this time, we’re already looking ahead! 🥾💜

Stay tuned for our next hiking adventure coming in August! We can’t wait to get back outside with all of you for fresh air, movement, connection, and beautiful views.

Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to seeing you on the mountain next month! 💜🌲

Strength has no age. 💜

My youngest client, Michaela, reminds me why I love what I do. 💖

She doesn’t come to our sessions because she wants to look a certain way she comes because she wants to be strong. And that is such a beautiful goal.
Most of the time, she works out alongside her amazing mom, Jen, and every now and then her brothers jump in too. Watching an entire family choose movement together is something truly special.

The habits we build in childhood often become the foundation for adulthood. Learning to move your body, celebrate what it can do, and love yourself from the inside out is one of the greatest gifts we can give our children.

Michaela, I’m so proud of your dedication, your positive attitude, and your willingness to challenge yourself. Keep shining and keep getting stronger inside and out.

A huge shoutout to Jen for leading by example. As a busy mom, she continues to show her children that taking care of your body isn’t about perfection it’s about creating a healthy, happy life together.

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to start, this is your reminder: age is just a number. Whether you’re 8 or 80, you begin exactly where you are.

Every workout, every walk, and every healthy choice is a step toward becoming stronger than you were yesterday.

If you’re ready to build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that last a lifetime, I’d love to help guide you on your journey. 💜
