On my deck adding layers of water and acrylic ink onto a WIP to the sounds of birdies playing in cedar trees. I love being surrounded by their happy chorus.

This one has been evolving the past few weeks. The figure that came through gives big mother energy, like Gaia or Pachamama, connecting the soil and soul of the earth. Circles have always been a part of my work, representing harmony, balance, completion, and love. This message definitely arrived for those who are craving quiet and healing. “Her Roots Grow Deep,” 2026, 24 in x 24 in x 1.5 in, Mixed Media on canvas.

In the studio today inviting in October’s new energy and welcoming trust. Sprayed myself and the studio with Spiritual Sidekick, my dose of karmic goodness from @eye.love.love . My favorite way to write on canvas to get those yummy drips is with @machinestudio Drip mop markers.

Hello, hello, and happy fall. Hope you’re all doing well. I’m easing into creating this week. Hope to put the finishing touches on a few canvases and start planning for holiday.

Keep creating. Be good and kind to one another.

In the studio today playing with layers of mixed color. Loving the combo of cadmium red and yellow oxide. Yummy fall-like orange. It’s all about happy accidents today, while cranking my current fav @dogpark.band .

Warm fall day in Seattle. Easing back into my life in the PNW. On the deck playing with acrylic inks and lots of water. Love the shadows from the trees reflecting off the pigment.
