I haven’t seen very many real videos of the new @garminuk @garmin Venu 4 - ever undecided, I ordered a few options to see what they look like in person. I thought you might like to see.

‘Sadly’ they’re all even better in person! Tough decisions!

It really depends on the look you’re going for. I’d absolutely wear all of them.

Overall - I prefer a slightly sportier vibe to motivate me 💪 and my ailing eyes need a larger screen. 😉

So it’s either the forerunner 970 (47mm) (shown for comparison) or the citron and silver (45mm) as it’s a little larger than the others (41mm)

All are amazing but I would recommend considering the following:
- Do you mostly run or do triathlon? (970 is stats heavy)
- can you see? 😉(larger texts)
- consider buttons for when you wear gloves or get sweaty when working out 🏋️‍♀️
- small wrists may prefer the venu 4 as its slimmer, lighter
- don’t change straps often? (970 are expensive and not quick release)

Waiting times are increasing for support in my neighbourhood.

Even when you save for private assessment - the 2 year wait for support is a nightmare. Plus transfer of care to the nhs also relies on a 2 year wait.

Small steps being take here - it will take time.
But… I’m starting to take on a role at work which will raise the voices of anyone who is differently abled - we will support one another, raise our voices against barriers to inclusion within the company and share resources.

Ever wondered how to shake up your #autistic #adhd #audhd life?

If you need a smidge more change, unpredictability, mess and distraction; I’d highly recommend arranging some building work 👌

To achieve that deep sense of dread, to revel in endless plumes of victorian brick dust 🧱 and have no idea what the day will hold.

I’m loving waking up every morning and needing to remember where the few clothes I didn’t store are hidden and then make up my bed with a dust sheet.
Still at least I can plug the telly in and watch the @theadhdadults to restore my sense of normal and calm. (You can just about see the podcast in one of the photos) by @findingthechameleon
