Even put that work in at the house NO equipment, just discipline, determination & the will to keep going. 💪🏽✨ You don’t need a gym to make progress, you just need to show up. God gave me the strength, I just gotta put in the work. 🙏🏽💜

Discipline when I feel like it. Discipline when I don’t. Faith through it all. 🦋

Discipline is showing up even when I don’t feel like it. Faith is trusting God even when I can’t see the full picture. And love is learning to pour into myself the way I’ve always wanted someone else to. 🤍✨

I’m building a stronger body, a stronger mind, and a softer heart one workout, one prayer, and one day at a time. 🏋🏾‍♀️🙏🏾💜

“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3

God is working on me… and baby, I’m doing the work too. 🦋💪🏾💙 by @finefittraining

Still showing up, even when nobody is watching. God sees the work I’m putting in. 🙏🏽✨

Sweat, smiles & a little girl talk 💕😂💪🏽✨ The workout was worth every laugh, vent session & word of encouragement. God really knew what He was doing when He placed the right people in our lives. 🫶🏽💜

No perfect routine. No perfect timing. Just me putting in work 6 days a week and enjoying the hell out of my progress. 💪🏾✨
