Landed in California a little over 2 months ago❤️🧡💛💚💙💜Learning how to root down & open up to the sun.

These last two months have transformed my life. Before my move across the country I was stuck. Stuck in my depressive loops, stuck in a city that fostered unhealthy relationships, stuck in a version of myself that could not withstand the future. I ran to the mountains and the ocean and I know these are the things that have saved me. I am unendingly grateful for the real loves in my life who helped me realize I was stuck, for the breathtaking nature of this world, and grateful I learned how to shed the bullshit 🥲 taken in Santa Barbara, California by @finlaymarkham
