What a beautiful place to be robbed! We said, clambering down the cliff.

While we didn't actually say that, it is a true statement.

Our car being robbed was also true!

Other than replaceable items, I said goodbye to two rolls of unprocessed 120mm film and hello to an epic insurance claim! 5 ⭐ rating beach

Honestly, we’re the ones who should be thanking him.

📍 Rarotonga | Cook Islands

A few more uploads are in order in light of my recent move to freelance video/photo work.

These videos were from a trip to Rarotonga, very grateful to see this part of the world. The Cook Islands have a fascinating cultural history, with the first first arrival of people around 800AD from Tupua’i, now French Polynesia. It is seriously nuts to try and imagine the voyages on their giant double-hulled 'Vaka', using the stars for navigation.
From what I read at the Cook Islands museum, many years later saw a classic tale of colonisation that brought new diseases, religions and a complete flip of the norm to the people that lived there (to put it lightly).

Sakesmin.

They're a stunning set of islands home to amazing people in the heart of Polynesia. I'm a big fan of their clockwise and anti-clockwise bus network + I was told the island has some lit reef breaks dotted around.
