Excited to share September’s menu.

We’ve had a week to settle into it, make a few tweaks, and get everything just right. There are some FiNNBAR favorites still hanging around, alongside the kind of late-summer food we’re not quite ready to say goodbye to: calamari and sweet pepper salad, eggplant marinara with burrata, bouillabaisse, paprika chicken, and plenty of tomatoes while they’re still at their best.

That includes our NJ tomato sandwich on Oma’s bread with herby mayonnaise — a recipe pulled straight from Stephanie’s grandmother — and a simple tomato salad that feels exactly right for this time of year.

Griddled zucchini with olives, feta, preserved-lemon & harissa vinaigrette. A favorite from the July menu. We’ll be moving into our August offerings on the 5th, come and get this colorful delight while you can. by @finnbarjersey

FiNNBAR will be CLOSED for dinner Wednesday night for some scheduled maintenance and repairs.

We’ll be taking to the time to get the team together and talk October menu, the holidays, and an expanded wine list.

On the bright side, KARAOKE kicks off at 8PM, and the bar cracks doors at 7PM with some light bites. Menu to be posted tomorrow. Thank you for understanding

No tickets, no prix fixe, no big commitment — just opt into the fun if you’re feeling it.

Our very knowledgeable, very sweet friends from @skurnikwines will be hanging out and pouring a lineup of Spanish wines from their book, while Karl cooks up a few Iberian-inspired bites to go along with them.

Come for dinner, taste a few things, ask too many wine questions, find a new favorite bottle.

We’re offering a deliciously simple dessert that offers the spotlight to peaches.

Why?

Our local tree fruit farmers suffered a devastating crop loss as a cold snap damaged up to 98% of fruit blossoms, leaving our farmers without apples or stone fruits, like the peach.

In an effort to support these farmers we will be donating a portion of sales from our olive oil soufflé cake to @bucksfoodshed . While supplies last, pair it with our 2025 vin de pêche. 100% of the sales from this potion, made from peach tree leaves and red wine, will also be donated.

We encourage our community to donate directly as they aim to reach an ambitious goal to supplement our local farmers and help them get through this challenging year. Speaking of which, local farm stands remain open. Consider stopping by to support your favorite farm directly. by @finnbarjersey

We’ve got an opening on the line with our kitchen team: a full-time position with hard days that leave you feeling accomplished, dishes that make you proud, and a beautiful riverside kitchen environment to do it in.

We’re also looking for talented servers with a sincere interest in wine and spirits — people invested in the menu our kitchen puts up, ingredient-driven cooking, preparation, and hospitality rooted in knowledge and care.

Another week of delicious, but this time with an extra hour on the clock. It’s coming folks, we’re nearly out of this winter… green garlic made the menu! A sign of spring!

Looking forward to a particularly special scallop dish to be on special for this weekend. Stay tuned 🪄 ✨
