Have you shared our post with the water lovers in your life? We made our cards intentionally for all to deepen their connection to how water makes us feel. Take these cards with you to sit by the sea for a deeper meditative experience. Or start your day with one as a mantra.
We use them in our Respite Float class but you don't need a class to use them. A great way to practice Blue Mind daily! 🌊💙
