Formula Student UK 2026, what a rollercoasterā€¦ Since September, Iā€™ve had the pleasure of working with a fantastic group of people, weā€™ve stuck together through the highs and the lows. The weekend just gone seen us go to Silverstone with the intentions of competing in the biggest student engineering event in the UK. However this didnā€™t go to plan, we had failed scrutineering on the Saturday, and despite an unbelievable amount of effort to rebuild the car in 5 hours, we failed the scrutineering on Sunday as it was a crucial design flaw rather than a small fix. Above all this, we have all learnt so much and have met so many new people, all of which we couldnā€™t have possibly dreamed of squeezing in a weekend. Even with these issues, we achieved a 41st place finish out of 133 teams, which is a massive accomplishment Next year we will come back stronger and ensure we have a car on track and are battling among the top teams Thank you to everybody that made us feel welcome and inspired us to achieve more in future years taken in Silverstone Circuit by @finton_18_
