Still feeling the energy from our first SHIFT experience 🧡

Thank you to everyone who showed up to move together and helped create the energy that made this event so incredible.

Founded by Fiona, Kendra and Tatts, SHIFT is a rhythm-driven movement experience inspired by kickboxing and martial arts, built on a shared vision of bringing people together, creating space to reconnect with ourselves and each other, and inspiring a shift in body, mind, and energy.

✨ Paris Magic 🏃🏽‍♀️✨

Set out for an afternoon 🏃🏽‍♀️ to discover this magical overground trail that winds throughout gardens, rooftops and hidden corners of the city. I can’t believe I’d never been before! It’s like finding a whole new layer of Paris floating above the streets ☘️

Such a joy to lace up and explore with @feelipenogueira - a perfect reminder that sometimes the best moments happen when you start running and see where your feet take you 👟

LIFE has been a whirlwind lately, in all the best ways ✨

I’m officially an instructor at SoulCycle and couldn’t be more excited to get back on the bike 💛 @soulcycle_uk

I’ve missed the podium and community so much and I’m so ready to be back in that room with all of you. I don’t have a permanent schedule just yet, so here are my first few classes.

Thank you to everyone who’s been asking, supported my journey and joined my community rides - I’ve felt the love 💕

LONDON MARATHON 2025 🏅

9 years since my first marathon (Chicago 2016) and I crossed the finish line in 4:00:51 with a full heart, peace ✌🏾 signing and with the biggest smile on my face 😊

Running has always been my mental reset button - the repetition, the rhythm, the calm it brings. So in the past, mixing my sacred solo practice with strict training plans felt… off. I followed one in 2016 and honestly? It left me drained, not joyful. This time I chose a different path… one that felt me.

This year, my focus was joy💥 Not logging crazy miles or chasing times that’s unsustainable for my schedule. I tapped into:-

🧘🏾‍♀️ Working on my mental resilience @wearesanctum
🚴🏾‍♀️ Endurance training with @emanuel.cosa
🏋🏾 S&C with @viktorija.stun when time allowed

I prioritised long runs, yes - but not at the expense of things that light me up 🔥

So much has changed since Chicago - the running world is now booming and super commercialised. Even as a fitness professional, the overload of info felt too much. I kept it simple and relevant to me.

Huge shoutout to @paulrwyatt for sharing his personal running tips 🏃🏽‍♀️ I took what resonated 🙏🏽

Marathon day? Pure vibes ✨

Red zone, Wave 10! I high fived ✋🏾tapped signs 🎯 hugged SO many people 🤗 and that filled my soul.

Eternally grateful for my family, friends, the pacers headed by @akramshalabi86, every cheer, every message 🙌🏾 your support lifted me in ways I will never forget. THANK YOU for being part of my journey 🤎

Inspired by my Mum who ran many marathons (Inc London) and still moves beautifully at 80 👌🏾 I know this is a lifelong love. I’ll be running for years to come - not just for fitness but for clarity, joy and presence 🤸🏾‍♀️

What an unforgettable experience as a @wearesanctum Guide, delivering an energiser & nature walk.

Huge thanks to the @unlockingeve powerhouse duo @evamclellan and kayev2g and the Sanctum founders @luukmelisse and @gab_my_journey for creating this space and opportunity. With the @katherineince we made is happen, creating something magical.

🎉✨ This is 50! ✨🎉

Last night I kicked off my birthday with my RnB ride @digmefitness, and WOW, what a night 🚴🏽‍♀️❤️

As I head into my big day tomorrow, I’m feeling grateful 🙏🏽 The last year had been about learning new things, building deeper connections, and fully living life 🌟 Younger me might’ve thought turning 50 meant slowing down, but if you know me - I’m just getting started 💪🏾

Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate and brought the magic. I’m beyond blessed 💕

Here’s to the next chapter: more growth, more vibes, and even more life to live 🥳
