💪🏾🤍Hyrox Saga!!!! !!!!!!
…..but this time~

I wanted a completely clean race … where I just kept going… I even tried for unbroken walls but one no rep for depth cost me that … I smiled and carried on…I couldn’t ask for more …for what is now my true first properly executed hyrox in my time & with my pace .. and only now does it make complete sense to me to possibly train for a faster time ….but maybe after a doubles race!

The more I look into the science of what is happening to our bodies … dopamine release, excitement, heart pumping at the start into a bit of shock & discomfort …glycogen levels depleting … fatigue … the mental fight. It makes me so proud of anyone thinking of, training for …. or even attempting hyrox. And finishing? You are a champ baby !!!!!

So be proud of yourselves ! 💐

Online it looks like everyone is doing these incredibly fast times but I kid you not, the majority of participants are doing their best to get through it for themselves and their personal whys and they are doing a great job by even finishing because it’s meant to be hard and you get to choose how you win the battle. The fastest and the slower person in the room will feel discomfort. And getting to that finishing stage is no easy feat but an amazing self discovering one !!!!! 🤍

So no matter your way of moving …. keep fighting for yourselves & don’t be afraid to try new things…. Your future just might need exploration of things totally outside of the box.

🥹Thank you guys for following along & cheering for me on my little hyrox journey !

Your good energy is received.

Sending Alyuh nufffff love & light ! Fi🫶🏾

Out of the mix, baby!

Remember ! The more time you spend staying out of what doesn’t concern you………the more time you have to fill your own cup. 🥂
