It was all about the pig yesterday @fireandricebham in all its glorious beauty. In true London BBQ School fashionShiny buttThere were starters: Iberico pork collar char siu cooked directly over flamesServed on a betel leaf with hot honey nam prik paoPork jowl siu yuk with achar and shisoCoconut smoke grilled chicken wings stuffed with sai ouaWith kumquat relishMore relish! Nam prik ong with a…Green plate that included pork puffs and laab boudin. Poached pork liver and rice sausages with lots of herbs.The final big pork platter with pig fat peanut curry and grilled veggies for balance 🙏🏼Almond flan to finish…With black sesame tong yuan made with pork fat!Big thanks to @tiffcooksalot for helping me out and for most of this content! by @fireandricebham

Very fun couple of days @sohohouse @oishinboy asked @chlo.equreshi and myself to join him for a special event at the farmhouse cooking his menu for 2 days and it was fantastic.Great to meet the team from @worth.our.salt and thank you for organising and looking after us !
