A closer look at the gear behind the call.

This week, we welcomed members of the Roanoke County Fire Department to our Old Fort, NC manufacturing facility for a behind-the-scenes tour of how their turnout gear is made.

We're grateful for the opportunity to connect with the firefighters we serve and share the craftsmanship, innovation, and attention to detail that goes into every set of gear.

Thank you for spending time with our team, Roanoke County Fire Department.

Women In Fire 2026 is in the books, and we're proud to celebrate Fire-Dex's own Erika Fullick. 💜

Events like this are about more than professional development. They're about the friendships, encouragement, and connections that make the fire service stronger.

As Erika put it, she's grateful for the friendships and inspiration this event brings each year. We're honored to support the leaders, mentors, and firefighters who continue to make an impact across our industry.

Already looking forward to 2028. @womeninfire
