Leaving it all on the stage is what I do. ✨ Because these songs came from real life and really tough moments. It’s my truth, struggle and redemption all in one. 2 weeks ago we had the first ever #FireflyTeenFest and I’m still processing the magic. We laughed, we cried, we felt deeply and went on a journey through music, art and creative insights to brighter versions of ourselves. The night wasn’t perfect but it sure was real and meaningful. Too many young people don’t know how special and needed they are. It’s my mission that we ALL realize and understand how much the world needs our light. If this resonates- drop a ✨ in the comments and follow, subscribe and help spread the light. 🫶🏽 Firefly #artist #empoweringworldpop #perfectlyimperfect❤️ by @fireflyworld.online
Last Friday, we had the Time of Our Lives at the FIREFLY TEEN FESTIVAL! ✨🔥 The magic began in the beautiful @wendemuseum garden before guests entered the theater for an unforgettable evening of inspiration, connection and celebration! 🎤 Our founder @fireflynow kicked things off with a powerful REAL TALK PANEL featuring: ✨ @cindychanin of @rainboweduconsulting — wisdom from her Ivy League admissions experience. ✨ @eloralyda of @innerteambuilding — the power of creative expression for youth. ✨ @dr.jeffreyptak jeffreyptak — how physical health and posture influence our nervous systems and emotional well-being. ✨ @spencerpaez — an honest look behind influencer culture, toxic algorithms and reclaiming mental health. 🎶 Our first teen showcase artist, maite.angelmusic, wowed us with her voice and songwriting, reminding us to stop worrying about others’ opinions and BE OURSELVES! 🔥 FIREFLY CONCERT PART 1 explored self-love, identity and embracing our imperfect journeys through songs: PerfectShadow, RealMe and BeautifulMess. 🎶 Next, 13-year-old Marleigh (@crystale.green) delivered a beautiful rendition of “What Was I Made For?” and shared how bullying helped her find her voice. 🔥 PART 2 explored choosing hope, finding our light through pain and embracing ALL our emotions, featuring songs ChoosingHope and Shine. 🎶 @ayana.manji captivated us with an original a cappella song about anxiety and shared the importance of patience while finding solutions. 🎉 THE GRAND FINALE brought the house to its feet with VivaLaVida and TimeOfOurLives, alongside the incredible @bollypop_la dancers! ❤️ Special thanks to @riazrpatel of @odysseyimpactnyc and Culver City Mayor @mayorfreddypuza for their encouraging words and support! 🎁 Our teens left with raffle prizes and gift bags filled with goodies from our generous community partners! @laughingfrogyoga @rainboweduconsulting @eloralyda @fireflyworldonline @villagewellcc @blickartmaterials @dr.jeffreyptak @rozinasbeautysalon @frm.losangeles @la_acrodancers @bollypop_la To our sponsors, funders, partners, performers, volunteers and audience THANK YOU! I know what it’s like for everything to look “fine” on the outside while inside, you’re questioning your worth, your place, and whether any of it is worth it. I also know how powerful it can be to intentionally change the way you speak to yourself, think about yourself, and care for your mind and energy. That’s why this work is so personal to me. It’s why I write and release music with lyrics meant to remind you who you are. It’s why we’re creating gift bags filled with little reminders teens can surround themselves with long after the night is over. And it’s why I’m inviting you to the Firefly Teen Fest. ✨ I want young people to know — before life convinces them otherwise — that they are worthy, special, needed and that their presence in this world matters. We can’t always tell what someone is carrying by looking at them. So if we have an opportunity to make a young person feel seen, heard, connected and celebrated… I believe we should take it. 🫶🏽 🔥 FIREFLY TEEN FEST 📅 October 2, 2026 📍 Wende Museum Community Center, Culver City 🎤 Real talk • real stories • live music • teen showcase 🎁 Gift bags for teens • raffle + more 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family friendly 🎟️ FREE with registration — link in bio. Space is limited. Come help us remind the teens in our lives: The world needs your light. ✨ @wendemuseum @odysseyimpactnyc #FireflyTeenFest #FireflyWorld #YouthEmpowerment #TeenMentalHealth #communityimpact by @fireflyworld.online
We are so thrilled to add Spencer Paez spencerpaez to our live panel discussion! He is an actor, multi talented creative, former influencer and our social media expert for the panel.
