Why are we opening an all-star cheerleading gym? There are many reasons- one is because we see what is missing in the industry at current.

So we have laid out our 3 core values and our mission and we will work tirelessly to uphold them.

We want Firegem of Anderson to be a home away from home, a safe haven, for all athletes. A place where everyone has a role and knows that their role is so very valuable and important. Where no one is turned away, everyone is equally appreciated, and differences are embraced and celebrated.

We want to serve the next generation, not only in cheer, but in life; teaching them that being the best human is what truly matters.

💎💎💎 Youth all-star sports often talk the talk but don’t walk the walk when it comes to demonstrating respect—especially at competitions. Firegem teaches, practices, and rewards our athletes for having respect for the following:

•Respect for their parents
•Respect for their teammates
•Respect for themselves
•Respect for their coaches
•Respect for opposing teams
•Respect for their teachers
•Respect for those that are the same
•Respect for those that are different
•Respect for those who reciprocate it
•Respect toward those even if they don’t reciprocate
•Respect when they’re winning
•Respect when they’re losing
•Respect when things are going their way
•Respect when they’re not
•Respect in all things without fail

This is a life skill and will be synonymous with the term Firegem. And these life skills are far more important, more valuable than any trophy or score.

This is just one way we build strong humans, good humans, at Firegem Cheer Academy.
