the women who lift me -

they do not let me shrink
they do not let me disappear
they do not let me stay small
just to make others comfortable
they remind me

i was meant to take up space

oh hiii flow state 🥹 it’s been a minute. a slow flow is just what the doctor ordered. a moment to take your time & explore movements.
i love a gloomy, windy day. to flow with the wind & sounds the leaves make.. mixed with some planet caravan ~ yummy 🍃
