We hear you, and we owe you better. ❤️

This weekend, many of you experienced longer wait times than you should have both for tables and for food. We simply weren’t as prepared as we needed to be for the incredible turnout, and we sincerely apologize.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came out to support Fire Pot, and even more grateful for your patience and feedback. We’re already making adjustments behind the scenes so we can serve you faster and give you the experience you deserve.

Thank you for supporting us, being patient with us, and giving us the opportunity to improve. We hope to welcome you back soon. 🚀❤️
