You’ll work across the full postproduction process for commercial films and digital content from first assembly through feedback rounds to final delivery. In close collaboration with producers, directors, and creatives, you’ll cut strong edits, keep projects clean and well-structured, and ensure versions, exports, and deliverables are handled precisely and on time.

We’re looking for someone with first hands-on editing experience in advertising, branded, or digital productions. You work reliably and detail-oriented, communicate clearly in German and English, and bring a strong sense for pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm. You stay focused under deadlines and handle feedback professionally.

So much enthusiasm. So much friction. So much improvisation.
Plans change mid sentence, the calendar turns into Tetris. You’re tired and somehow still wide awake.

Two things carried us: exchange and trust. Small check ins, a cup of coffee, a good talk.
And trust that things will shift, especially when you let go of control.

Let’s stick to what matters to us. And keep moving, while being gentle with each other and ourselves.

Thank you to all familiar faces and new ones for meeting us where we are.
