It's Mum's birthday in a few days and I am so unimpressed with the naff cards on offer. Sometimes the cards are lovely but the words inside are gushy and vomit inducing... We don't do tacky in this family!!!

So, and it's been a while, as frankly not been in the mood these last few months, I decided to create one.

Imagine my delight in finding for £4 in The Works. A huge bundle and tbh, I certainly wasn't expecting ALL THIS! Child in a toy shop mode has resumed and the long gone inspiration is sparking up again. Watch this space... by @firosagee.mac

A huge thank you to everyone who sent messages of support in advance of Mum's operation today.

She is back home now and everything went well.

Not the best of mornings for either of us, especially for Mum...

But she is now tucking into half of one of my homemade, honey and wholegrain mustard sausage rolls!! by @firosagee.mac

Having almost been hit by a car earlier in the week. Some middle aged that opposite has decided to be a teenager again and buy a fast care AKA a Porche.

Like it or not. He's probably younger than me and given some numpty did a quick 'let me turn into a petrol station between cars'

This happened....

Fi escape route. Ground. For flippin' sake, I am 58 now, I don't bounce much now.
Damage to my knee and ankle. And when naturally you use your right leg to do basic stuff, such as standing up and it objects and a couple of objects.

This photo is today's Microsoft wallpaper for my laptop. Immediately I knew where it is. If it wasn't obvious to me Yiannis Sfakiotakis i would have recognised it anyway. Who on earth gave planning permission for those three residential blocks at the bottom of Devil's Peak? Many of us on the commented on them when we were on our way to the Safari Reserve. by @firosagee.mac
