Every Intern should possess these 5 skills.

#firstbridgeafrica #internshipstudent #siwes #internshipplacement

Communication is effective when both parties understand each other.
Clear communication involves listening carefully and expressing ideas respectfully.

Teamwork gets the job done.
It makes tasks easier, allows you to learn from others and have a better overall experience.

Time management leads into productivity.
Prioritize tasks, avoid distractions, plan properly to get better and timely results.

Whenever you’re presented with a problem, the first line of thought should be “How do I get this out of the way?”
Your value increases when you become a problem solver.

Adaptability is the ability to adjust to challenges.
If things do not go as planned, be willing to adapt.
Adaptation pushes you to leave your comfort zone and encourages try new things. by @firstbridgeafrica
