I am so incredibly proud of these girls! New level, new skills and new routines. We made the decision to compete a couple months earlier than usual this season to gain more experience. Today gave us great insight on what we need to improve and what we are doing well. Win or lose we did what we came to do, have fun! Great job girls!

I tell my gymnasts all the time that gymnastics is mostly falling over and over until you finally get it right. Great job Vanessa! Hard work, dedication and bravery always pay off.

Paysen gets her walkover! We haven’t trained these in months and she got it in 15 minutes after a couple spots. I love having cameras to capture these moments

So incredibly proud of this girl! Vault has always been her biggest struggle. After a couple of months with private lessons from Coach Averi her run is faster, she’s stronger and ready to move to the next level! Can’t wait to see what the season holds for her.
