Happy Black History Month 🎉 To celebrate Black History Month, we’re launching our new series, Origin Arc, where we take you behind the scenes of First Five. The theme for Black History Month this year is honouring our communities. So for our first episode, Yomi explores ‘The Art That Makes Us’ and why looking beyond the finished work is so important to the First Five community. We’re proud of the First Five community we are building and want to continue to create a space where people can engage differently with the art they consume, discover new perspectives and better understand the journeys behind some of today’s most inspiring voices. This Black History Month, we’re continuing to honour the people behind the work. #FirstFiveLive #TheArtThatMakesUs #BlackHistoryMonth #LondonEvents by @firstfive_live

A change of plans. Our upcoming First Five Live with @jameliaisobsessed has been rescheduled for November 2026. Remember when we said for Jamelia’s First Five, we’re doing something a little different? 💭 We’re taking the conversation to Soho House and you’re in for a surprise ✨ But don’t worry, we’re keeing the same vibes and youll be in good company. Yomi and Jamelia will be in conversation exclusively for Soho House members, bringing you an intimate First Five experience in a different setting. Current ticket holders, you have prioritised access. If you have any questions in the meantime, drop us a DM. The wildest answer that left Candice & Yomi puzzled 🤣 What album makes you think of Summer 2017!? What album that year felt cinematic for you? We really want to say “wrong answers only” but we can leave this up to you. Like, Comment, Share, #firstfivelive #theartthatmakesus taken in Royal Albert Hall by @firstfive_live
