New stool 👍 This one was made for the upcoming show at @luckycatlabs (sept 26th, oct 1st, oct 30th, & nov 5th) where I’m doing an immersive room titled Blue Therapy with 16 pieces of art. I hope to see you there by @firstnamekendall

A couple of things:
1) No more mattresskenny! It was a fun name for a fun joke and it made sense when I sold mattresses and even when I modeled, but it doesn’t feel like it fits anymore so I’m letting it go.
Soooo many of you thought my name was Matt Resskenny for a while, which always made me laugh. If you still want to call me Matt, Mattress, or Kenny, that’s fine with me! But, to be honest, firstnamekendall.

2) Big ol art show in downtown Los Angeles Sept 26th, Oct 1st, & Oct 30th! I’m doing an immersive light and sculpture room that I’m titling Blue Therapy. It’s going to be a really fun show, I would love to see you there. More posts about it to come!

Blue stool getting some finishing touches for Blue Therapy

I think I’ll have some of these at the show! They’re just so tedious and I have other things to do.

I blue steeled myself into needing blue therapy (sept 26, oct 1 & oct 30)

Spent A LOT of time getting the orb perfectly smooth

Sit With Your Anger. 24” tall, acts as a prism (slides 4 & 8), 100% resin, very strong. by @firstnamekendall

new orb to ponder. 6”, 4.5 lbs, 100% resin. by @firstnamekendall

scrap lamp is the culmination of months of small bits of leftover resin being poured into the top half of an ice mold, 44 of them are in this lamp. it’s 14.5” x 7”, 15 pounds, 100% resin (even the chain on the cord), and absolutely unrepeatable. i put literal blood, sweat, and tears into this one 😅 by @firstnamekendall

even little guys can be mighty! this little guy is only 12” tall, but is more than sturdy enough to hold up most people. truthfully i don’t know little guy’s weight capacity, but i jumped up and down on him without a problem 👍 by @firstnamekendall

slivers of light by @firstnamekendall

please help me name this one! best i’ve come up with is “grass” but i already have a piece with that title and i don’t 🙅‍♂️ like “grass 2”
24” tall, really strong, all resin by @firstnamekendall

“watch me rot” is a full sized & functional coffin 👍 by @firstnamekendall
