Check this restaurant out it’s a SpongeBob SquarePants restaurant in Brazil. This looks absolutely amazing and my friend said the food is delicious. Gonna post the link here, but you may have to copy and paste to look at it. https://www.instagram.com/bobesponjabyfanfood/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet by @fisbinking

I completed the half marathon today. It’s a beautiful course. What I like best about my long runs and races is it gives me a chance to reflect on myself and my relationships with other people. there are a few people I need to talk to and apologize for hurting them. I hope I will be given that chance this week to make amends and repair our friendship. by @fisbinking

Race day! I am running the original Las Vegas marathon route today. I’m doing a half marathon 13.1 miles I have a lot on my mind right now and an important phone call later in the week that I’m really nervous about so I’m hoping that this race will clear my head at least for the time being

I love my little girl Bella so much. This is a great example of why I love dogs and the amazing things they do right here. I’m trying to tie my shoe. She never lets me do it. She always gets in away put her face right on my shoelaces so I can’t tie it. It’s so damn cute. I love her so much. by @fisbinking
