Pretty sweet Amber jack!! Lost one prior to this one that got me in the wreck, freight train, drag was perfect but couldn’t stop it, probably a 40-50lb amberjack, and on THE JIG, insane!! Big thanks to Captain @steve_santa another good fishing story for the books!! It was nice not to get fried too 🫠😁⚡️

HumbleBrag 🚨 PB / PR all-time everything… all hobbies included LOL. For those of you who have stuck w/ me thru all my IG phases and extremes, you know that fishing was my family and I’s first love. Needless to say, as a native floridan fishing fresh and salt, i had NEVER caught a tarpon, nor really targeted them. Welp, 1-for-1 now lol… the SilverKing shown is approximated 5’ long & 100lbs

Conditions were not easy but there were mullet around, bluefish, and tarpon. After a slow morning and our time coming to a close, the tide was getting increasingly better. I made a good lure switch that paid off BIG time when this Tarpon aired out 20’ away from me in the trough and then peeled drag like no other!! Drag was perfect. Seems like my biggest catches have always been on under powered setups! Only had him out of the water for like 45 secs tops… low-key felt like pros afterwards… 10-15 people followed the entire fight down the beach. My nephew had everyone airdrop him the pics and footage. People were asking us if we were on youtube and everything… like, nope, just fish for fun LOL

Theres been some amazing and special moments w/ great friends and fam like @steve_santa @cutlassjack and @joseph_paul_iii and @thegreatbeldini - but it is tough to top this one from the shore w/ my brother and best man, and my nephew… Total team effort that will forever be cemented in my brain. Such a gratifying moment when you call the right audible based on what the fish were doing, and all the gear and rigging works as intended.

6.16.26. Same stuff… last lift before 8 day vacation, surprisingly the gym on vacation that was frozen in time from 1992 and hadn’t seen a socket wrench that whole time had DBs up to 100lbs, so was able to dow at least some rowing and some RDL work and stuff. by @fish.n.lifts

Late post from 6.13.26 down to 196lbs bw inadvertently… lost lots of strength quickly. 228lbs on bench top set felt tough for 8 reps, smh. Messed around with the OMEZs and experiments w/ triceps using the wholly handles on the lever arms, pretty good actually. Nothing felt great today but will try again. by @fish.n.lifts

6.6.26 bodyweight down to a measly 199lbs… embarrassing how long ive let my big lifts like squat and deads go… building back… light stuff felt heavy with 209lbs. Every set felt a little better w/ a little more depth & mobility restoring each subsequent set. Belt threw things off at the end but just trying to get back in the groove here. Some giant sets of legs curls and exts until i felt ready to throw up. by @fish.n.lifts

5.30.26 great to get a session in w/ a lifelong best bud and OG brofessor and now PROfessor @petreejones … figured since i’m 39 now i’d arbitrarily deadlift 390ish lbs - got it for 5 which was cool i guess - but it def doest count bc sumo. Lol. Also gotta love the @werksanbarbell plates and collars. by @fish.n.lifts

5.29.26 last day of 38 y/o, some Dad-duty bench pressing and lever arm OHP w/ the @rormanstrength Wholly handles, and then some quick “long lever curls” w/ the ivanko rubo revolvers and upright rows. by @fish.n.lifts
