August was a difficult month, especially recovering from an injury that happened almost two months ago. Every day I wake up, I’m still healing, and honestly, it’s hard. Dealing with doctors who make things more complicated than they need to be and constantly having to remind them how to do their job definitely doesn’t make the process any easier. Healing sucks. It hurts. It’s frustrating. But it also makes you realize how quickly some of the things you take for granted can be taken away. Being on restrictions and not being able to do certain things has been tough. When you can’t do what you used to, you realize you really have to start from the bottom and work your way up again. The road to recovery sucks, dude. But I’m taking it one day at a time and trusting that I’ll get back to where I need to be. On the bright side… at least it’s finally not gonna be hot as balls anymore. by @fish_cat420

On February 22nd, I started a challenge that would change my life
100 push-ups a day for 100 days. At first, I hated it. There were days when I felt lazy, tired, sore, hurt, and even sick, but I kept going because quitting would have meant lying to myself. What started as a simple challenge became a lesson in discipline, consistency, and self-respect. Before this journey, I was in a dark place-confused, lost, unmotivated, and disconnected from my goals. I had even stopped going to the gym despite paying for a membership. I knew I had to find a way to better myself, and that began with showing up every day. Through the blood, sweat, and tears, I watched myself transform. I went from wearing a large to a medium, my stomach became slimmer, my appetite decreased, and I started making healthier choices. Some mornings, I would wake up early just to get my push-ups done so I could enjoy the rest of the day feeling accomplished. No matter how bad a day was, those push-ups became my escape, a moment where my problems faded and I focused on becoming stronger. Today marks 100 days, and I can proudly say I finished something that truly changed me. My hope is that my journey motivates others to believe in themselves. Don't let insecurity or the opinions of others define you. Surround yourself with positivity, stay committed to your goals, and remember that real change happens one day, one decision, and one push-up at a time. As this month comes to a end, it's been a great fucken month. appreciate all the loving support for everyone. i started just focusing on myself mentally and physically see what happens. Alot has happen been in much better moods you start realizing that you dont need to go the extra mile to satisfy others with your own performances you do what makes you happy and thats what matters the most till next post April. by @fish_cat420

After many beautiful mornings February had to offer, This is what I've done.....( I recently saw a video that influenced me to become physically better that is 100 push ups for 100 days and anything between ) my body still getting used to it as im constantly reminding myself to also eat healthy and I feel fucken amazing cant wait to see what this march has to offer STAY HARD!!! 💪 by @fish_cat420

Since the beginning of this month and stepping into the new year, I’ve really been locking in on myself—physically and mentally. January’s been about eating healthier, staying consistent in the gym, and surrounding myself with great coworkers while balancing two jobs and working on side projects. It hasn’t been easy, and yeah, I’m definitely sore 😅, but I’ve been feeling better than I have in a long time—stronger, clearer mentally, and motivated to keep going. by @fish_cat420

This year wasn’t easy. I went through a lot of difficult situations, both physically and emotionally, and there were times I felt overwhelmed and exhausted. But I’m still here, still learning, and still growing.
I’ve learned that pain can either break you or teach you—and I’m choosing to let it teach me. I’m learning how to protect my peace, set boundaries, and be kinder to myself. Healing isn’t fast or perfect, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
Next year, I’m focused on becoming a better version of myself. Not for anyone else, but for me. I want to grow stronger, mentally and emotionally, and keep moving forward no matter what.
