We met two years ago in Berlin, the way you meet people in Berlin, at some party, thinking nothing of it. Then somewhere along the convo we found out that we were born in the same city, and have the same birthday. Same hospital, same date, two people who’d never have crossed paths there, connected in Berlino. That‘s 缘 (yǔǔn): the invisible thread that ties certain people together for reasons no one can quite explain. We named the night after it: yǔǔn. So this year we’re pulling on that thread——————our music, our food, and everyone we love in one room, one night. Expect the night to move slow and feel good (❛◡❛✿) Gloria has invited four lovely artists to join her behind the decks: gems of humans she‘s gathered along her journey in Berlin, each bringing their own flavor to the eve. Food will be fusion, playful, a little unexpected, but always hearty and cooked the way Wenjie always cooks, which is to say: con mucho amor, and enough for seconds. 📍ikii 📅 Oct 10 🕡6pm-12am Come listen, come taste, come find your own 缘. See ya <3 With love, Wenjie & Gloria Musical Gems @endlea__ @aisyahq__ @niamhzk @tseer_xzlllxz Projection by @sesami.ee Poster by @mafmadmaf by @fishfluuu_

She treats sound as a means of self-exploration and a method of navigating reality: one that is mystical, magical, and tenderly felt. 𖧧﹕Endléa (she/they) is the curator of the dreamlink event series and a multidisciplinary sound artist whose practice emerged from drone music experiments and sonic explorations, evolving into a fusion of ambient and bass-driven soundscapes. 𖧧﹕Aversatrix is a founder of vitruvian scroll, a FLINTA* collective which combines ambient, experimental and electronic music with audiovisual art.
