Stepped out to FishHook Seafood in Ontario, CA and wow… Trena (the owner) showed me nothing but southern hospitality 🙌🏾💯. She put her heart into that kitchen and it showed!🔥 The fried lobster was sensational — perfectly seasoned, crispy, and that butter garlic sauce (a lil oily but sooo worth it) just took it over the top.🐟 Those salmon bites? Out. Of. Sight.🦪 And the oyster slider? Basically a mini po’ boy dream!From the food to the service, everything felt like love on a plate. This is one of those spots where you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.
