The free game with micro-transactions “Animal Crossing Pocket Camp” is now replaced with pay-once “Animal Crossing Pocket Camp Complete” on $20 price tag.

Did you know about this? Were you keeping news on ACPC and managed to save your data during the very lowkey and short time period? Or are you like me, finding out late and screaming into your pillow as you mourn your lost data? (Btw if you just found out now, give up, your ACPC data is lost forever)

💵 SO, it worth paying $20 for the new game? Coming from a free event-hustler player, there are many viewpoints from me:
🔸 from the POV of getting 99% exact same gameplay that you used to get for free? No. Also the data-lost heartbreak doesn’t help. ❌
🔸 from the POV of getting used-to-be premium subscription features, which roughly costs $5 monthly? Yes if seeing your favorite animal villager following you around the map fills you with joy; with return on investment after 4 months✅
🔸 from the POV of starting from the beginning and finding out that items are now much cheaper to get, events are much easier to grind, and so you can get back some or your items (depends on the season) quite quickly, and even get terrain items that used to be so out of your leaf ticket budget? Yes ✅
🔸 from the POV of Animal Crossing loyal player who just want anything at all from the franchise? Yes ✅

So i bought the game. Yes yes.
Hope my review (comparison?) helps you.

Note: i don’t proofread my essay, sorry for any mistakes
