Happy 250th Birthday, America. 🇺🇸❤️

Today we celebrate freedom, family, backyard BBQs, fireworks lighting up the sky, and the privilege of living in a country where we can chase our dreams.

But behind every celebration is a sacrifice.

The freedoms we often take for granted were earned and continue to be protected by the brave men and women who put on the uniform and willingly stand in harm’s way for people they’ve never met.

This photo is of my fiance, a man who chose service over comfort and duty over convenience. While I’ll always see the man I love, I also see someone who was willing to risk everything so strangers like you and me could continue living free.

To every veteran, active-duty service member, reservist, National Guard member, soldiers that are no longer with us and military family: thank you. Your courage, commitment, and sacrifice are the reason this nation continues to stand strong.

As America celebrates 250 years today, may we remember that freedom has never been free.

God bless our troops, our veterans, and the United States of America. 🇺🇸

Finally I have a moment to share our gender reveal from April 😅 we really spent the day being present and enjoying time with our friends and family. The food was incredible and the reactions priceless! Huge thank you to our friends @brandon_edgmotorsports and @jess_marmo for being our keepers of the gender and setting up with us. Jess made us a gorgeous balloon arch that the kiddos definitely enjoyed popping afterwards 😂 My beautiful bestie @cheech_chi was there through facetime because distance can’t keep us apart.

We were fully convinced we were having a girl, our reaction said it all, welcoming baby boy #2 for October!

Today I got a front row view of you accomplishing one heck of a milestone. I have seen you work, be a present tia in all of your kiddos lives, be present in your own relationship while going to school and keeping a 4.0 GPA the entirety of your degree. It was such an emotional moment to watch you take that stage, I know your parents walked with you and were with you the whole way! Your village showed up today, in person and watching the live link followed with screenshots and texts. I love you bestie, now to conquer the Masters!!!

Happiest of Birthdays to my Fiancee, bestfriend, our Dada and the pillar and foundation of our home. You literally keep the lights on and have an answer for everything when I have no clue where to start. You are the answered prayer God sent me, a true gentleman that proved chivalry is not dead. The truest form of love because you choose me everyday, choose to teach me and involve me in your daily life and hobbies, our free time (if we have any) we spend it together. You move mountains to be with us in between your crazy work schedule and I couldn’t be prouder to celebrate you. Dada always comes home and we love you endlessly. Right now, TSA workers at MIA are showing up every day without a paycheck…
but still doing their job to keep all of us safe.

That doesn’t sit right with us.
