First time back in the gym in a very long time. I did fall of quite a bit but I’m ready to get back in with full force 💪🏿

I have created a one year plan. Within my 365 day plan I have manage to break down into quarterly sectors. Each sector consists of weekly goals and a plan on how I will be able to achieve my overall goal.

I’m inviting you all in my journey as well. I can not wait to see what is in stored for us a year from now 💥
