How I built my back 💪🏽

I always do 3 sets of 10 on every exercise
Normally by the second set I’ll just about get to 9 and the third set maybe 8 or 9
For me that’s how I know it’s the perfect weight
When I can lift all 3 sets for 10 reps then I’ll put the weight up
