HYROX NYC 2026 🏁🔥
GIVE THE PAYMENT HELL!
Wow. What an experience. My first ever HYROX and I did it solo.

Last year, I seen my big brother @gd7_ do it and told myself, “If he can do it, I definitely can.” From that moment I was determined to take on the challenge.
This race was bigger than fitness for me. It pushed me beyond limits my mind thought my body couldn’t handle. I cramped up four times, and there were moments when the little voice in my head told me to stop. But there was a louder voice that kept saying “Keep going Milly don’t you quit!”

I've faced plenty of setbacks right when the finish line was in sight, so this meant everything. There were times I did everything right and still watched things fall apart at the last moment. Those moments taught me resilience. Crossing this finish line proved that setbacks don't get the final say…….I can still finish strong.

HYROX didn’t just challenge my body, it changed my mindset. It gave me the confidence to go back and conquer everything I’ve left unfinished.
This won’t be the last time HYROX sees me. Until next year... 🫶🏾 by @fit.w.amilly

My personal angel 🤍 I thank God every single day for bringing you into my life. You’ve pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of, physically, mentally, and emotionally. There have been so many moments I wanted to give up, even tears in the gym, but you reminded me that God is always present and to keep my eyes on the vision He placed in my heart.

Having a trainer who aligns with the new chapter God is guiding me into is something I will never take for granted. The way you pour into me means more than I can fully express.
