#TBT pic from 10 years ago. Afghanistan Moments. Life Changing Moments. WTF moments. Shit hitting the fan moments. If you’re a Marine, you are expected to be a War Fighter. Doesn’t matter what MOS school you went to. Every Marine is A riflemen. Pick up your weapon and fire back. You rise to the occasion. No matter how unfamiliar it is, you adapt to your environment quick. Remain vigilant. You’ll figure out what matters the most. Those beside you are your reasons to keep going. #WhatRegs #Marine #deployment #neveroutofthefight #vigilance #courage #strength #combat #military #throwbackthursday #semperfi by @fit_bug_

Been Officially Retired for exactly 1 year today and I’m doing just fine👌🏼

First Picture in uniform & One of the Last picture in Uniform.

“Once a Marine Always a Marine”

I miss interacting with the people at work everyday the most. I would gladly do it all over again. 💯🇺🇸♠️

I’ve hit the point where I don’t even know how much weight I should grab off the rack to do a set. It’s either too light or too heavy🙄

This locker room lighting messes with my head too. #prepthings #shreds by @fit_bug_

This is a nice mental and physical break. Enjoying some good food for 3 more weeks then it’s back to the grind. Not getting too carried away though. #strikingdistance #aesthetics #flex #pump #gym by @fit_bug_

⚡️Aesthetics over everything.
Stage shots are in from last weekends show.
Once again, very happy with the package we brought to Canada.

Can’t wait for the next one.

@naturalcanadaproshow in the books! 3rd Place finish.

So proud of this package @bodybyo and I brought to the stage. We came in full and conditioned with what we believe is the best look yet. We keep improving and keep showing up.

Shoutout to @evogennutrition for providing my training and nutritional needs with the best quality supps out there. They were made for athletes of this sport and my physique is a product of their products. Forever grateful to be a part of an Elite company.

Thanks to Rudy Productions for putting on one of the best ran shows I’ve been to. The treat the athletes the way we should be treated. From the warm welcome at the Athlete’s meeting & check-ins to the finals, they go above and beyond to provide an experience worth coming back to. Thanks again so much.

Thanks to @lukesfitguide and @nattyphysiquepod for covering the event all weekend and the week leading up to the show. Thanks for capturing all the footage and keeping real time updates for everyone to follow. Appreciate what you guys are doing for the league and competitors.

To my fellow competitors, thanks for showing up and helping build this IFBB Natural Pro scene up. We’re showcasing that the hard work and dedication to stay natural can present jaw dropping physiques on stage. 🫡

We’re taking a quick little break from prep…but we’ll be back very very soon.
