One of the most underrated glute exercises IMO. The ever so humbling cable step up. Or is it a step down 🤔 by @fit_forthree

What a privilege it was to be educated and coached by @australianstrengthcoach yesterday. To be told by someone I am inspired by that i have a beautiful squat technique and to then be taught how to improve it to take it to the next level is something I will remember for a very long time.

I have never tried a low bar squat but will be using this technique moving forward. Moving 80kg this way felt easy. Can't wait to see what I am capable of and maybe, just maybe, I might be able to improve my PB.

Huge thanks to @hypegym_ for hosting 🙌🏼 by @fit_forthree

Crank the tunes, dance it out, lift.
120kg for 6. Feeling strong. by @fit_forthree

Week One to Week Four of consistent programming and nutrition tracking (mostly, thanks flu for kicking my butt 😫).

Sometimes it is difficult to see progress when you're in it which is why taking progress photos and videos is so incredibly important.

Small changes to body composition. Big changes in strength and vitality. Looking forward to see what the next 8 weeks of consistency can do 💪🏼 by @fit_forthree

Session 2 of the week. Legs are still sore 😂 but, its d-day for session 3 so we push on! by @fit_forthree

With only 12 weeks until summer its time to get serious.

I lost my groove for a while as life well, 'lifed' as they say. I kept showing up, but with no plan or direction I was treading water. Making no progress and in fact slowly the current was taking me further and further away from shore.

Now it's different. I made some changes, i got the support I needed and i'm back. Dedicated and excited to see where the next 12 weeks takes me. My goals are big but so is my determination. LET'S GO! by @fit_forthree

When this memory of 4 years ago came through yesterday, I was taken down memory lane. An emotional roller-coaster really. But, one thing I know for certain, is that that girl no longer exists. I will always be a version of her and hold great love for her in my heart but Katy 2.0 is here and here to stay.

✨️ 20kg lost - TWICE - before and after our beautiful boy Arlo.

✨️ Took a leap and flipped my career to follow my heart and become a Fitness Instructor and PT. Truly the best decision I've made professionally and one that I am proud of every day.

✨️ Started running - as a die hard run hater 😂. And now I find peace whilst rolling my legs over. Something I never thought I would say.

Trust me, take that leap and make a change. One step at a time, and in years to come, you can look back and feel immensely proud of how far you have come. by @fit_forthree

Training in winter in Tassie means keeping your doona on when warming up 😂 by @fit_forthree

Discipline and obsession are parallel concepts. Both involve a level of commitment and dedication but one is structured and controlled, the other compulsive, rigid and often irrational.

But, can you be truly dedicated without a little obsession? I'm not sure you can.

I'm not ashamed to say I am a little obsessed with improving my health and I am 100% dedicated to the cause 🤷🏽‍♀️ by @fit_forthree
