I had the desire to change my body and got so much more mentally, emotionally and spirituality…the love I have for myself and life is unmeasurable…I built the confidence to not only pursue things that I once thought were unattainable but I also built the confidence to allow myself to be seen exactly for who I am genuinely…nothing more and nothing less #fitness #beach #selflove #glow #happiness taken in Jacksonville Beach, Florida by @fit_jasabelle

I am Love…not because I am loved but because I embody it… it lives in how I care, how I speak to myself, how I build a life with compassion, rhythm and reverence…I do not chase, I return to love again and again within! ❤️🥰 (it took a long time to feel and understand this and once you do there’s nothing that can pull you back) #happiness #selflove❤️ #mindset #glowing #happy taken in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida by @fit_jasabelle
