What’s YOUR form of cardio? 🏃🏾‍♂️🚶🏾‍♂️

Walking? Running? Cycling? Or… do you avoid cardio altogether? 😂

Whatever it is, let me know in the comments 👇🏾

Me personally? I HATE running… but I do it anyway. 😅
Because sometimes you’ve got to do the things you don’t enjoy to keep moving forward.

Stay active, stay consistent, and keep pushing! 💪🏾

What’s your cardio? 👇🏾

« T’as fait quelque chose à ton corps ? 😏 »
« Tu prends des produits ? » 💉

Life is too short to just work, save, and wait.

Travel. Explore. Make memories. 🌍✈️
One day, I want to look back and say:
@msccruisesofficial , @susanacruceros @spainlife
“I didn’t just exist… I lived.” @ibiza

And when the journey ends, I hope I can say, “It was worth it.”

Where would you go if you could travel anywhere? 👇 taken in Ibiza, Spain by @fit_keon
