Y’all…👀When I tell you how the freaking flipping fudging proud of myself I am, I AM. 🤌🏽 Officially weighed back in today, in the 120’s! 👏🏽 I haven’t been this light since well, my body building era back in my 20’s. 😅😂This means, that I’ve dropped over 45lbs over the past year. 🫴🏽💨 After all, my heaviest weigh in here was 167.7. With marathon training there is no “goal weight”. Are you going to lose weight? Yes of course. It’s intense cardio all the time but; I do have to say, that for being almost 37 yrs young, I look & feel better then I ever did in my 20’s & I’m so freaking proud of that! 🫶🏽This is just your daily reminder. The number on the scale does not matter. You can appear thin, thick or somewhere in between & guess what?! You’ll still be absolutely stunning, beautiful, inside and out. 😘Don’t count yourself out & give yourself credit, where credit is due. 🤙🏽 by @fit_to_fat_to_fabulous
