🍝✨ Stepping back in time at Trattoria Coriolano, a true Roman gem serving tradition since 1935! 🇮🇹❤️
We kicked things off with classic antipasti: boiled-meat meatballs 🤤 and fava-bean cream with chicory 🥗.
Then came the queens of Roman cuisine: a creamy Carbonara 🥓🍳 and a bold Amatriciana 🍅🍝.
For the grand finale, we dove into tripe 🤍 and tender octopus with potatoes 🐙🥔 — pure comfort food Roman-style.
If you’re in Rome, this place is a must! 😍✨
Trattoria Coriolano… simply unforgettable. 🤌🇮🇹💛
