Where does FitApp get its Knowledge from?

This is a brilliant question. We use frontier models that are then trained in house in a variety of literature. From scientific journals, personally made training & nutrition plans and historical data from hundreds of clients journeys.

In addition to this we use hand selected anchor points for specific training and nutritional principles, all grounded in science.

This is an incredibly time intensive and painstaking task, but it allows us to produce contextually accurate and real world outcomes.

Where other platforms tout AI, they have no guide rails and outcomes are unpredictable. Creating massive margins for error.

How much control do I actually have with FitApp?

That’s a very common question that we get. And the truth is, despite heavily boasting our world class and world first AI features, we also allow full manual provision.

When creating FitApp we thought it was incredibly important to not only give coaches access to world class features that are becoming increasingly important, BUT also allow you full manual precision.

We give you the tools so you can coach however you want! taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @fitapp.io

Using a vibe coded app to run your coaching business is the same as gambling.

Vibe coding is great for making something fast, terrible for making something to last.

Vibe coding has given some people a false sense of security and comfort, allowing them to build amazing products but with no understanding of how they were built or any idea how to maintain them.

Chat GPT, build me a fitness app and make no errors!

Luckily for you guys! The boss (Blake) doesn’t get to touch the code, he just comes up with the ideas and does the testing. We have a dedicated team of over 5 full time and fully qualified developers ensuring FitApp never skips a beat!

Vibe coding is heavily dependant on a particular LLM (or set of) being around for the lifespan of the app (most aren’t) and also you’re trusting the generation costs, process and policies don’t ever change. by @fitapp.io
