In just 4 months, Latonya is officially down 10 pounds!🎉

Her journey hasn’t been perfectly linear, but that’s what makes this progress even more meaningful. Through the ups, downs, challenges, and victories, she continued to show up for herself every single day. Her consistency, and commitment are proof that real transformation isn’t about perfection — it’s about persistence.

So proud of the hard work she’s put in and the healthy habits she’s building along the way. This is only the beginning! 💪

Your mobility routine doesn’t have to be long to make a difference. Just 5–10 minutes before your workout can help you move better, feel better, and get more out of your training.

A little reminder! This isn’t about promoting fast food. Life gets busy, and sometimes it’s the most convenient or only option.

No judgment, just finding ways to make more balanced choices when we can!

Save these alternatives for the next time you get fast food.
