Coolest thing I have ever done! This 16 week long prep has pushed me in ways I have never been pushed before. Not only physically but mentally and I have become a better version of myself throughout this experience and couldn’t ask for anything more. Truly could not have gotten here without the ppl in my corner and ofc my amazing coach @alanixfit . Brought home some hardware today but this is only the beginning, it really is me vs me at the end of the day and I can’t wait to beat her in a few weeks. 5 weeks to bring better, let’s work🩵

One of the easiest mistakes to make during this transition is dropping the glutes through the movement. Sometimes we need a physical cue to remind us to keep those glutes lifted. That is where this PVC pipe can help.
