Challenge accepted! Roll the dice to reveal your exercise, and roll the reps or seconds and guess odds or evens. If you guess correctly us Blink trainers have to do it. If you guess incorrectly, you have to do it! Come visit @raphael_gabriel_ and I at @blinkfitness in Burbank! 🙌🏻 by @fitbyfinazzo

Battle ropes are the ultimate cardio, full body workout! Try these as a warmup, a workout solely on its own, or what I did here as a finishing exercise from weight training.
.
The benefits of battle ropes are endless. It provides an intense cardio workout while working the arms, back, chest, legs , and core simultaneously. It helps with weight loss, training imbalances and endurance, gaining muscle mass, and toning existing muscles. You can use both ropes at the same time, one rope and one arm at a time, and don’t just think about swinging them up and down. Side to side or in circular motions as well! Each direction focuses on different muscle groups and body parts differently.
.
Try it out and let me know your thoughts! I promise they won’t disappoint and you’ll be huffing and puffing 😮‍💨 by @fitbyfinazzo
