Fitness is more than changing your body—it’s growing into who you’re becoming. Every workout, every setback, every time you choose to keep going is part of the transformation. Keep evolving. Keep showing up. The strongest version of you is built one day at a time. 💪🏾🔥

Some routes bring back more than memories. Took my usual run from Alton Road to Biscayne and back, soaking in the bay, the beautiful homes, and every scenic view along the way. Venetian Causeway, you still hit different. 😎🏃🏾‍♂️🌊☀️

The elliptical isn’t just for cardio—it can be a great warm-up before your workout and a strong finisher after leg day.

Keep your feet planted on the pedals, stay controlled, and try switching directions if you want an extra challenge.

Six to eight minutes, and those quads will be on fire! 🔥💪🏾

Simple doesn’t mean easy. 💪🏾🔥

8 rounds:
• 10 plank-ups
• 10-second plank hold
• 10 mountain climbers
• 45 seconds of rest

💥No complicated routine—just controlled movement, core strength, and consistent work.

🙏🏾45, still pushing and still progressing. 45 IS LIVE!

Keys. Phone. Purple Haze. Let’s move. 🏃🏾‍♂️💜

Morning miles in the Yami hit a little different when you bring the fuel with you.

run: Purple Haze 🍇🫐🍍
Grape • Blackberry • Pineapple • Blueberry • Lemon

And yeah… the fit matching the Juuce was definitely intentional. 😎

This is bigger than just selling juice. It’s about making movement, wellness and better choices part of the lifestyle.

Load up. Lace up. Get moving.
