Getting personal…

about 5 weeks ago, i started iron sucrose transfusions (Venofer to be exact) due to recently being diagnosed with severe anemia. I was warned of the side effects that come with the treatment, one of them being loss of appetite. since my first session, i have decreased my workouts from 5 days a week to 3-4. to my surprise, i’m only 6 pounds down, losing about 1.5 lbs per week. this has obviously been disappointing since i’ve been bulking since september, but it’s a minor set back for a MAJOR comeback. officially received my last treatment earlier this week & i can’t wait to start back up on monday 💪 by @fitbyyeli
