We @cocomicheleillustrations never take for granted the privilege of being your parents. We love and adore you and want nothing but the best for you, my baby boy. Our job is never done, we’ll care for you until the day we pass on. No amount of money or job will ever matter more than you. We love you, forever and always. May God bless your soul from the heavens above and grant you all you wish for in this life and the next. We’re here for you whenever you need us 🥰❤️. Nine years has gone by fast, but it has been the best nine years ever my soccer star. Your presence is always felt whether you are near or far. I hope and pray you hold us dear to your heart wherever life takes you. Happy birthday, my love. Now the real training begins, just like I promised 🥰❤️💪🏿 by @fitdaddyab

Happy Froggy Friday 🐸✨
In newborn photography, this pose is lovingly called “the froggy.”
Safely supported, carefully posed, and only done by a photographer trained in newborn safety — with an assistant present at all times — because your baby’s comfort and wellbeing always come first.
Ending the week with this tiny reminder that even the tiniest moments deserve to be celebrated 🤍

When you recognize another SFG in the wild by his TGU technique and become gym bros….

At Rehoboth Beach on vacation and I saw something extremely rare at a commercial gym - a perfect form TGU!

@fitdaddyab also on vacation with his family was at @everyonefitness_de getting after it with a kettlebell workout!

I knew immediately that dude was either an instructor, training for a cert or trained by.a @strongfirst instructor. As it turns out he’s an SFG training for his SFG2 cert! Awesome meeting you AB! All the best to you, your family and your training!
